Layout

Inside, the villa is spacious, stylish, and has cool marble floors throughout. The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and opens directly onto the terrace through double patio doors. Entertainment is well catered for with the internet TV system, featuring British TV, films, sports and more.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you would expect: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, filtered drinking water tap, as well as a breakfast boor.

Each bedroom is excellently presented. The colonial-style master bedroom has a walk-through dressing area, elegant en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The two twin bedrooms can be configured as king-size beds if desired and enjoy their own adjacent bathrooms.

Villa Carlara is a superb, single-storey contemporary villa, set on a a generous 750 m² private plot and ideally positioned just 250 metres from the seafront promenade in Playa Blanca. Located on the hugely popular Faro Park residential area, you will benefit from being near an array of amenities including bars, restaurants and shops.
