A separate portion of the property is occupied by the owners, who have a completely independent entrance. The pool, garden and all outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests.

GROUND FLOOR
Here, we find the panoramic living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV, air conditioning and dining table for 8. There is a separate kitchen and a small balcony with sea views. The sleeping room on this level consists of:
• One double bedroom with Queen sized bed, air conditioning, direct access to terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor we find the other 2 bedrooms:
• One double bedroom with King size bed, air conditioning and terrace with sea views
• One double bedroom with Queen sized bed, air conditioning, and sea-view balcony
There is one separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

OUTDOOR
The private garden is fully fenced and landscaped with Mediterranean plants and features a private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m; open from 1 April to 31 October), equipped with sun loungers, armchairs and side tables, hammock, and external shower.
Next to the pool is a glass-enclosed veranda with panoramic windows, furnished with a sofa, chaise longue, coffee table and TV.
Eighteen steps lead to the main panoramic terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo pergola. This spacious outdoor living and dining area is ideal for meals together and sunset barbecues, as well as private cooking experiences.
