We loved every minute of our stay

We loved every minute of our stay. The house is absolute amazing. We got in shape!!!! On the hills!!!! Giancarlo [the owner] let us enjoy our stay with ZERO interference. Thank you. Everything was 1st class. Summer in Italy was the best. The people are Very friendly and we’re always there to help us. Truly, Thank you.

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, loved Villa Fernanda. Location, space, views, value... All were amazing. And Mamma was a lovely hostess. We found Summer In Italy to be efficient throughout the booking process, highly responsive before and during our stay, and informative throughout. We would recommend Summer In Italy. Grazie mille!

Villa Fernanda was fantastic

Villa Fernanda was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations by a mile. It is well maintained and fully fitted out. We enjoyed everything about it. Its views and location were second to none. Summer In Italy looked after all our requirements and provided us with exceptional service. Would highly recommend them. Luca and the Summer In Italy team where easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was hassle free and easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa and location were perfect! Just wish we could have stayed longer! The villa had very easy access (not too many steps). Working with Summer In Italy was a wonderful experience, they were so helpful and responded very quickly to all of my questions and gave superior support. Summer In Italy could not have been better to work with. We had rented a villa from them during COVID and they were so nice and easy to work with in getting us booked back into a villa once it was over. They went above and beyond helping with questions such as directions, buses, car service, etc. I would definitely use them again.

What an oasis

What an oasis! The villa is large enough that there is space to gather as well as space for solitude, and all views point towards the magnificent vista of the sea. Ideally situated, the villa is in the center of Positano - low enough to beaches and center of town easily accessible, but high enough to ensure peace and quiet - and easy access to the Path of the Gods. We have stayed in the villa before with a larger party and booked it again even though we were only four as we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend. We found SummerInItaly.com somehow before and came back to you when we wanted to return to Positano. Your villa is high quality and wonderfully located. Thank you for another great stay!

Amazing stay in Positano

We had an incredible time in Villa Fernanda. Checkin was a breeze and the apartment was so comfortable- as advertised. Our family of five was so relaxed. The location is great- it’s near several great restaurants and not so far from the beach. Thank you Maria for all your help. Ciao!

The hosts were so very gracious and hospitable

The hosts were so very gracious and hospitable... The villa was immaculate. The space was PERFECT for our needs - family of 5 with adult children - 3 full bathrooms - fantastic water pressure and comfortable beds!!! The location SUPERB - about 30 steps up to one street and more down to next, but that's how the entire town is - just be ready for MANY steps throughout but then you can eat what you want! Overall, this location was walk-able to everything we wanted to do within Positano like shopping and restaurants and beach. The VIEWS... Were absolutely breathtaking - 4 terraces that we couldn't get enough of! Even one of the bathrooms had a view to die for! HIGHLY recommend - we cannot wait to go back! Yes, I will book again! Not cheap, but for our needs this vacation where we pulled out all the stops, it was well worth it!

Villa Fernanda was GORGEOUS

Villa Fernanda was GORGEOUS! Lots of space for 7 of us. Beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences we needed. The manager (during our stay) and Summer in Italy (before our stay) were both fantastic for information and if we had any questions during our stay. We will stay at Villa Fernanda again without question. Summer in Italy had a wonderful selection of villas to choose from. Super responsive and answered all questions imaginable. Great service! Thank you!

Property is really great - clean and spacious. Great views with beautiful patios. You can hear the road noise from the cars in the main bedroom and noise from the steps outside at night. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect villa in a perfect area

Villa Giancarlo is situated at the upper portion of Via Pasitea. It is close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and is quiet. The view is spectacular. Giancarlo is wonderful to work with. He is helpful, responsive, and a joy to work with. Loved our time there and highly recommend staying there.

Ample space for two families

Ample space for two families. We were able to give our two year old some privacy in his own room too. The views were spectacular. If you do any type of aerial/drone photography the large deck provides a great take off and landing zone. We loved how everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We have loved this villa for a long time

We have loved this villa for a long time. The villa is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with the terraces with sweeping views of the sea. Positano is a loud, crowded town due to so many things like the beauty and the food. This area is away from the busiest part of town and has access to a less crowded, nicer beach (although it’s still about a half mile of steps… Which is good for you if you can do it). The owner is very attentive to every need and even calls on friends to make sure you have the best time at one of his favorite restaurants. Summer In Italy has been professional in every way since we first used them 10 years ago.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the villa

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the villa. The space was great to stretch out and relax when we needed it too. The views and several different balcony's was beautiful. The kitchen was a great size to prepare meals, but we just used it for quick breakfasts and snacking. In order to get to everything in Positano, be prepared to climb. In the evenings on our way back from dinner, we would walk up the road versus the stairs due to the extreme July heat. It was a lovely way to look around and see the shops, cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend the villa and hope to come back again one day. Thank you again and Maria was great to work with at check in. Summer In Italy was wonderful to work with and Luca was very helpful. They provided a great list of vendors to use in the area as well.

Amazing spot to call home in positano

Beautiful place to stay in positano! Everything recently updated, plenty of space for my family of 4, and incredible views from all patios. Great location within walking distance to everything! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Bellissima Villa Giancarlo!

Wow! Villa Giancarlo takes your breath away as soon as you walk in. Stunning Villa.....we were lucky to call home for a week. Perfectly located only 15 or so steps from a main road. Bus stop at the top of those steps to take you down to the beach and shops if you don't want to walk to the stairs. Minutes from great restaurants overlooking the beautiful sea. We loved the terraces, where we would hang out, enjoy a cocktail and take in the beautiful views. Maria checked us in and was VERY helpful in suggesting restaurants, booking us car service back to Naples airport and anything else we needed. Top notch service by Maria and Giancarlo. Great views from every terrace, big size, great AC units and the best view from any master bathroom I've ever seen! Grazie Mille Villa Giancarlo...you exceeded all expectations!

Villa Fernanda is a magical place

Villa Fernanda is a magical place. The location is excellent, with spectacular views. The home is beautifully decorated, well laid out and very spacious. The multiple outdoor spaces have divine views. The host's mother Rosetta was an absolute delight. In fact our most wonderful memory of Positano. We were welcomed with such heartfelt graciousness we felt we were part of the family. Villa Fernanda is an amazing home ! Can’t wait to return . Summer in Italy is a professional and well run rental agency . Throughout, the booking process, rebooking because of COVID Luca and his staff were responsive, knowledgeable and a delightful.
