Spread across two floors, the cottage welcomes guests with a bright bedroom featuring twin beds (convertible upon request) and a private bathroom. Continuing through the house, you’ll find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area—perfect for convivial dinners after a day spent exploring vineyards and historic villages.
The dining room opens onto an elegant glass-enclosed veranda, styled as a refined lounge with direct access to the garden. From here, you can also reach the outdoor terrace, ideal for sunrise breakfasts or sunset dinners, all while enjoying breathtaking views over the Chianti hills.
A staircase from the indoor lounge leads to the new and captivating master suite: a romantic, light-filled space characterized by large glass windows and complete with a private bathroom.
The main level also features two additional comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another that can be arranged with twin or queen bedding and has a bathroom adjacent to it.

Note: if rented as Villa del Riccio Guest House cleaning is daily except Sundays and festivities, if rented as indipendent cottage, cleaning is mid week and every Saturday
Weddings & Events:
Wedding Party Fee: A fee of €2,000 to €4,000 (based on guest count) is required for any wedding event held at the villa. This is payable in cash upon arrival.
Civil Ceremonies: Please note that a separate fee is payable directly to the city hall for any civil wedding ceremony conducted on the premises.
Additional Services:
Private Chef: Available upon request.
Breakfast: Approximately €35 per person
Dinner: Approximately €60-€90 per person

Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival. This will be returned before your departure, less any deduction for extra charges or damages.
