The ground-floor apartment in Landhaus St. Markus is 35 square meters and can accommodate up to two people.
The living/dining area features a new kitchen (installed in 2021).
The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 190 cm, with new hotel-quality bedding and hypoallergenic linens) and a built-in wardrobe. The bright bathroom has a shower. This spacious apartment is furnished with great care and attention to detail, perfect for two people.
The south-west facing sun terrace offers a peaceful view of the large, fenced garden and is furnished with new garden furniture (installed in 2021).
The apartment is located in a quiet area. Note: We also rent out 3 other apartments at Landhaus St. Markus:
