Villa Dana-Cute Gulf Access Canal Pool Home

This house is located on a gulf access canal. Enjoy the beautiful SW Florida weather by sitting on the lanai or playing in the pool. Two bikes, fishing poles, and beach chairs are available for your use during your vacation.
The home is pet-friendly, but approval is required. Please tell me the breed, age, and weight of the pet. The pet fee is $15 per pet per day (not yet included in the price!). There is an extra fenced-in yard area for your pet.

The lift is not available since it is occupied by the owner's boat. A boat can be tied up next to the dock.

The pool is electric heated.

cape coral vacation

Home was clean. Lighting very dated/poor in breakfast area and living room. biggest problem was the television set up. host expected everyone to have roku or some kind of streaming service. We live in rural area in Missouri we can not get streaming service there. Why should we have to pay for streaming service, set it up and then have to cancel for a month after paying for a months rental. After several days on contacting the host and back and forth she finally showed up with a set of rabbit ears or antenna so we could ay least get local channels on a small television in the living area. The large television was bad and had terrible lines in it. Not my idea of a well equipped vacation home. pool was nice, dog run was great! Pretty frustrated over ability to watch television in the evenings after paying for a months rent.

Great rental

The rental was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very well-equipped- every appliance, cooking utensil, dishes, etc, that you would need. Lots of towels, beach towels & linens. The very large, heated pool & patio were by far our favorites! The maintenance person was very responsive, if needed. Having the garage available was so convenient and kept our car much cooler. 2 things we didn't like - We found the master bathroom tub/shower awkward & hard to step into. The tub entry is high, due to it being a jetted tub. I hit my knee & shin numerous times. Not a big deal. Just something to be aware of if renter is older or has some balance/mobility problems. By reference, I am 56 and very agile. The drapes in the master bedroom do not cover the patio doors/window completely. There are sheers that are very see through. The heavier, drapes, when closed, are not wide enough to cover the entire windows. Kind of hard to explain, but would be an easy fix, for the owner.

Outstanding property. Very well appointed and exceptionally CLEAN. Great Cape Coral location. Pool and lanai are awesome with canal views. Very well maintained home!

Easter Getaway

This was a great experience and a great getaway to the warm Florida weather. The house and accommodations were as expected and the heated pool and screened-in lanai were fantastic. The house is on a canal which provided another treat with the turtles and the highlight of the trip with a mother and baby manatee hanging out for the week. The location is close to groceries, gas, and plenty of restaurants. The pool toys and beach chairs also came in handy during our stay. Overall an excellent experience.

Just as advertised

My wife and I decided to try wintering in Florida and lucked out renting this property. It was well maintained and very comfortable property. It is located in a nice neighborhood and it is an easy drive to stores, entertainment and beaches. Property manager Andrea responded to all questions in a timely manner. John and Cindy

Mini getaeay

We were looking for a place at the last minute to take our daughter to for her birthday trip. Due to covid, the plans we had this year fell thru but thank goodness for this little trip. We definitely re-energized, relaxed, distressed and enjoyed. The home was clean, although I did bring my own disinfecting items due to traveling with an infant. Pool was great, clean and lots of fun! Thank you Andrea for accommodating our last minute trip and request. Hope to be back soon!
