A holiday home with sea views from both the house and the plot, located in a quiet holiday area.



The house is situated not far from a pebble beach and approx. 1,500 m from a sandy beach.

The holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests. It has a living area of 122 m² and was built in 2010. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Solar energy is installed, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. A wood-burning stove is also provided. For children, there is 1 high chair.

The house features an open terrace as well as a covered terrace. Barbecue available. Parking is available at the property.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. Underfloor heating is available in both bathrooms.



Relaxation is possible in the indoor spa for 2 persons.
