Riverbank Retreat- a wonderful self contained cabin on the river, by the sea.

Riverbank Retreat is a wonderful, self contained ,quirky ,colourful wooden cabin on a private mooring nestled on an RSPB Bird reserve in Shoreham by sea. Explore this unique houseboat community, spend time on the beach, only 1 minute away, and watch the wildlife from the jetty.
The cabin is spacious and fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. You will find a comfy queen size bed, a sofa, table and chairs to enjoy meals, a kitchen with gas cooker and oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and the equipment needs to prepare food. There is electric heating to keep you cosy and fans are provided in summer.
There is a separate bathroom with an electric shower, sink and toilet. Complimentary towels and toiletries are provided.
There is fast wifi, books and games are provided for entertainment. There is no tv, feel free to bring a device to watch.
We also have Kayaks, bikes and paddle boards to use ( free of charge)
There are shops, cafes and restaurants all a short walk away. The vibrant city of Brighton is a short bus or train journey. There is lots to explore in the area and is perfect for nature lovers and those who enjoy walks.
There is a paid carpark right behind the cabin which is £5.40 per day. There is also free parking on the side streets near the beach.
No parties please.
Feel free to book for a max of 2 adults or one child and one adult.
The cabin is part of a residential community so please be mindful of noise between 11pm and 8am.
Smoking on the jetty please.
Fire pit available to use ( weather depending)
