Designed specifically for families, the property features a fully enclosed garden, a private swimming pool, and a highly accessible floor plan with no internal stairs. The 120 sqm layout is arranged entirely on the ground floor, creating a seamless and child-friendly flow. The bright living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a PS4 console, connecting directly to a fully equipped kitchen. An indoor dining area comfortably seats up to six guests for shared family meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All bedrooms feature air conditioning for heating and cooling.

Outdoor Area

The villa opens into a private, fully fenced garden centered around a swimming pool, providing a structured and secure environment for outdoor relaxation. The space includes shaded pergolas, sunbeds, and open lawn areas where children can safely play. A built-in BBQ and an outdoor dining setup provide a practical environment for meals outside, surrounded by uninterrupted countryside views.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 120 sqm villa, the private pool, and the enclosed garden. No areas or facilities are shared.

Other things to note

A rental car is highly recommended to comfortably explore the Apokoronas region, the nearby beaches, and Chania. Because the villa is located in a natural rural setting, guests may occasionally encounter natural outdoor sounds or local insects, particularly during the summer months.
