Welcome to *Casa Klimt, your holiday retreat in Manerba del Garda. The name of the apartment comes from the paintings inspired by Gustav Klimt that decorate the bedrooms: works featuring warm, bright, and enveloping tones that echo the unmistakable elegance and rich color palette of the famous artist. A distinctive detail that gives the apartment its personality and creates a refined artistic *fil rouge throughout all the rooms.



The atmosphere of Casa Klimt continues in the open-plan living area, where shades of red, brick, and warm colors deliberately recall the typical nuances of Klimt’s works: intense, golden, and vibrant hues capable of conveying energy, harmony, and a welcoming artistic ambiance. Here, the living room, kitchen, and dining area blend into a bright and elegant space, perfect for relaxing.



The apartment is located within a well-maintained residential complex of villas with an elegant shared swimming pool, available during opening hours. Guests are welcome to bring their own sun loungers to relax by the pool.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a balcony with direct views over the pool, furnished with a dining table ideal for enjoying breakfasts and dinners outdoors.



The sleeping area includes a windowed bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one with two single beds, both equipped with spacious wardrobes. The bedrooms, enhanced by Klimt-style artworks, complete the aesthetic experience of the apartment with a refined and distinctive touch.



The apartment is equipped with a modern pre-set underfloor cooling and heating system, ensuring ideal comfort in every season.



Only small dogs are allowed, to ensure the well-being of all guests and respect for the shared areas.



The location is one of its greatest strengths: in less than 500 meters you can walk to the renowned *Spiaggia della Romantica*, with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a beautiful lakeside promenade leading all the way to Porto Torchio. The area is also perfect for excursions to other charming towns around Lake Garda and to Italy’s main art cities.
