Large apartment with 1450sqf situated only 3min away from Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysée. Métro and RER to visit the city and bus shuttle to airport are nearby. Apartment has 4bedrooms, a large kitchen and nice view on Arc de Triomphe. It is on the third floor of an old building. It is fully equipped with needed amenities. Wifi, Netflix available too. The access for First floor is by stairs. Small lift after. Not convenient if you have wheelchairs or can’t walk up stairs.
