Hidden away from the hubbub, the cobbled path is a cozy, quiet, comfortable and gorgeous home away from home for you to rest after being out discovering Paris.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as 3 toilets, spread out in 3 distinct sleeping areas, each with its unique French style and atmosphere.

It is ideal for 2 families with children, or up to parties of 4 couples.

The distribution allows for lots of privacy:

Ground floor: ensuite bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, bathroom. A wooden sliding turns this floor into 2 bedrooms if needed.

1st floor: large living and dining area + kitchen

2nd floor (South stairs): Kids floor: 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom that accomodates up to 3 twin beds, one child's mattress and a crib, the other accomodates 2 twin beds or one double bed. Floor has one sunny bathroom and separate toilets.

2nd floor North: parental suite with barthoom, and living room (TV room).

Baby equipment is available (high chair, cribs, bath, toys), but please note the stairs are not fenced.

2 parking spaces for cars are available under the house.

Location is very central: 600m from Rodin Museum, Invalides (Napoleon's tombstone), Le Bon Marché, and very close to Saint Germain, Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower. Buses and metro close by (lines 10 and 13).
