In this 3 bedrooms suite configuration you have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with toilets and another extra toilet . In total you have 4 toilets (WC)
Each bedroom suite has its own private bathroom/shower room with toilet
Each bedroom will have 1 King size bed ( 180cm x 200 cm) or 2 single beds ( 2 beds 90x200 cm per bedroom).
Each Bedroom has its own extra sofa bed with real comfortable mattress (90X200cm) for 1 extra person as a kid and the largest bedrooms (Bedroom 3) can be configured with 4 single beds (we call it the kids room when we have a family)
And, you can use the sofa/bed in the dining room as an extra bedroom. This sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids.

We limit the number of people to 8 adults as we consider that over that number it will be less comfortable.

Bedroom suite 1 : 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) or 1 King size bed (180 X 200 cm) with the option to use the sofa bed (90 x190 cm) for 1 extra person. In this bedroom you have a tiny shower and a sink inside the bedroom and a direct access to your own toilet just outside of the room. Air conditioner in the bedroom (see photo)

Bedroom suite 2 :y ou have 2 single beds or 1 King size bed with the option to use a sofa bed for 1 extra person. In the bedroom you have a private and exclusive access directly from the room to a bathroom where is installed a jacuzzi:bath:shower, a toilet and a sink. Air conditioner in the bedroom (see photo).

Bedroom suite 3 : This is the largest bedroom with 4 single beds maximum or 1 King size bed + 1 or 2 single beds or only 1 King or 2 singles depending your request.
You will have access through a corridor to a private Bathroom with an Individual bath (Japanese style) 2 showers, 2 Sinks and 1 Toilet. Air conditioner in the bedroom (see photo)

Then you will have 1 extra toilet for your guest.

In total you have : 4 toilets , and 3 shower Room/Bathroom. Each bedroom suit has its own bathroom/Shower room

Apartment is located at one of Paris’s most prestigious addresses – Av MATIGNON/Faubourg SAINT HONORE in the 8th arrondissement. This address is ideally situated between the luxurious stores of Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore and the Rond Point des Champs-Elysees avenue Montaigne . Just one block behind the Elysee Presidential Palace, the neighbourhood is extremely safe with Presidential guards constantly patrolling the area. Just 1 minute walking from Famous Hotel Bristol Palace and 10 minutes walking from US Embassy.

Flat was great, it can be difficult to find three king beds each with their own bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, great restaurants close by.Christian emailed us a list of restaurants and supermarkets, then met us for check-in, helped us with our bags and walked us around the neighborhood showing us where to eat, where to shop, how to get around. In nearly 20 years of using Vrbo,it was the best experience we have had.

The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our 2 families with 4 adults and 4 boys. Christian was great to show us around the apartment and take us on a short tour around the area. Christian was the perfect host who sincerely cared about our comfort and helping us make lasting memories. We felt like Parisians! Perfect Paris Location

This place was absolutely fantastic! The flat is unique and cool, very clean and in a safe location that is walkable to many Paris attractions, if not a short train or taxi ride. Christian is a very gracious host who is local and has easy to communicate with! He provided many great recommendations, offered to be available if we had questions or needed additional recommendations and he also even made sure that our children had a Christmas Tree and when we arrived. Overall an amazing experience!!

Outstanding Family Stay in Paris!

If there were a way to rate past five stars, we would. The apartment and location were perfect for our family, which consisted of three grandchildren (6, 10, 12) and four adults. The largest bedroom was configured perfectly for the kids. The beds and bathrooms were luxurious, and the apartment was well stocked--including lots of adapters!. With our 7-person group we made good use to the two washers and dryers! The real differentiator for us, though, was our host, Christian, who went above and beyond to get us comfortably settled in. He greeted us when we arrived and took good care of us while we were there. We already miss him!

Fantastic location, well maintained, clean, and convenient

We just stayed in this wonderful apartment, and would have no qualms about staying there again. The apartment is fantastic for several adults; it is in a tremendously convenient location, and it is well maintained, modern, safe, and clean. Christian, the host, was always attentive and helpful, if we needed advice on restaurants or getting around town. Five stars -- it's a no brainer. Frankly, I think this was the best VRBO experience, and we've had some good ones over the years.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had in Paris! The VRBO was exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean and inviting! Christian met us when we checked in, went over everything and was extremely helpful. There are many good restaurants within walking distance, a store and a fabulous bakery. If you are looking for a true Paris apartment with a super host, this is it! We will be back!

Amazing Host - Excellent location

Spacious Apartment close to Les Champs Elysees. Lots of room and very comfortable. Christian and Taylor were spectacular hosts and took hours of their time to show us around the neighborhood and point out the best places to shop and eat. The apartment was well appointed with towels, soap, laundry, paper products and all of the things you’d need but not want to purchase. I’d highly recommend this property and specifically Christian and Taylor as understanding the needs of the traveler renting their apartment. Great Stay!

Three generations enjoying Paris

We had a wonderful stay at Christian's property. It is comfortable and Christian is an attentive host from beginning to end. Most impressive that Christian spent time with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure we know how to operate everything in the apartment and know our way around the neighborhood. Truly a notch above the rest! My parents (aged 75), kids (16 and 13) and my husband and I were very comfortable and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

All of the five-star reviews are accurate. This is a spacious, light-filled, smart apartment in a great neighborhood. Christian provides a kindly welcome and helpful suggestions that set us up for a week of enjoyment. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to be, and the metro is close for further exploration. We have visited Paris several times; this was the best, authentic, vibe of the city accommodation we have had!

Great apartment in Paris

What a great VRBO find. The apartment is close to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We were here on a five day visit with another family. We had plenty of space for all of us. Christian took the time to go over all the details of the apartment. He also took us on a 20 minute tour of the local area and assisted us with a checking into a local restaurant before departing. This was by far a favorite place for us to stay and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you Christian!

Spacious apartment for families/friends

We were traveling with three generations and chose this apartment as it was large and had lots of space for visiting together yet also have our own personal space. Love the traditional French architectural features (high ceilings, wood flooring, beautiful moldings and trim). Christian was an excellent host. Quickly responded to all of our messages. He greeted us upon our arrival, gave us lots of information about the apartment and a quick tour of the neighborhood.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our stay in Paris was great. This property and Christian were above and beyond. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and Christian not only gave us paperwork with suggested restaurants and nearby activities, he even gave us a tour of the surrounding area. The home is well stocked and has so many amenities. Air conditioning was appreciated for this family from Texas! Beds were comfortable, tv’s in all bed rooms, and two “dog speakers” the teenagers loved. Located just a few steps from Metro so travel around Paris was easy. Loved our stay. Thank you Christian!

Amazing location & apartment; even better host!!!

The pictures in the listing don't do justice to how amazing this property is!! Christian has done an incredible job modernizing the apartment while preserving the antiquity/character of this Parisian gem! Located a quick walk to Champs Elysees this amazing neighborhood has many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores at your doorstep. I can't say enough about our host, Christian, who stayed in touch from the moment we booked the place, met us when we got to the apartment to familiarize us with every detail in the apartment and then walked around the neighborhood with us to show us his favorite restaurants & boulangiers. Paris has my heart & I can't wait to return and rent this apartment again!

April in Paris

If we could give it 6 stars, we would. Everything about the apartment was great including the location. We never had to worry about safety in the neighborhood. Christian met us at the apartment for a very early check in and gave us an extensive tour of the apartment and the neighborhood. When we had a medical issue that we texted him about, he answered us immediately, suggesting alternate plans of action based upon severity, He is a terrific host. We would definitely go back on our next trip to Paris.
