This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment occupies the full 3rd level of a fully renovated XIX building with elevator and has been redesigned by a famous luxury hotel architect with high end equipement. ( La Cornue Kitchen, Hugues Chevalier sofas, Toto toilets, Dornbracht rain showers, boffi bathrooms, Porta Romana lamps, etc...).

The apartment was recently advertised in Vogue magazine.

- 50m from Rue Saint Honorė
- 50m from Eglise de la Madeleine
- 50m from Rue Royale
- 100m from Place de la Concorde
- 5mn walking distance from Place Vendôme or Champs Elysėes.
There are 4 metro lines at a short walking distance ( less than 5 minutes ) : line 1,8, 12 and 14.

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite Bathrooms:
- Master bedroom super King size bed 200*200cm
- 2nd bedroom King size bed 180×200cm or 2 beds 90×200cm
- 3rd bedroom Queen size bed 160×200cm

There is a laundry room with washer drier and a guest toilet.

The third bedroom which is the only room not airconditionned , has also its own independent entrance and has a little kitchen.

The apartment comes free WI-FI and free cable tv and a safe.

The rental price includes a cleaning every 2 days and linen change every week and hotel amenities such as toiletries, , slippers , umbrellas and kitchen pantries . you will be personnally welcomed at check in to answer all your questions.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.

You will not be disappointed with this property! Everything is perfect - the owner takes pride in making sure you will enjoy your stay. Nice linens, a fully functional gourmet kitchen, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, washer and dryer! It’s all there! Comfortable beds, large living room, dining area in the kitchen (at the bar) and separate table in the alcove of the living room. The owner, Olivier was the perfect host - responding super fast to any text I sent. He goes through the entire apartment with you at check in to make sure he answers all your questions. Close to shops and great places to eat. Also a market is just around the corner as well as Metro stations nearby. Within walking distance to all major attractions. You will LOVE this place!

Fantastic place in great location

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 5. With 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms it was ideal for the kids who wanted a bit of space. The interior décor was beautiful and bathrooms amazing. The location was perfect to get to everywhere we wanted to go (mostly by walking and taxi). The location is within two blocks of the Jardin des Tuileries so we were able to go for afternoon walks and even a few jogs early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant apartment in best location

Amazing apartment in a terrific location. We stayed (family 5) for 4 nights in early July, and we loved the quality and size of the apartment. Olivier (host) was brilliant and very accommodating, letting us check-in early and also have a later check out. This is a truly luxurious apartment; it looks exactly as in the photos. Lots of great shopping and restaurants really close. We were sad to leave and would highly recommend this fantastic apartment.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

This place is beautiful and in a fantastic location, a block from Jardin Tuileries, surrounded by high end shopping and cafes and walking distance to Opera and Vendôme. And just so clean, well furnished, quiet, air conditioned and well run. I don’t think I’ve ever had better sleep in a city apartment! Highly recommend if you have the budget to be front and center in 1er.

This apartment was excellent and exceeded all our expectations! The location couldn’t have been better, with charming restaurants and cafes just below us, and all the major designer stores only steps away. Having a pharmacy directly across the street was also incredibly convenient.We were especially grateful for the air conditioning, as the temperatures reached nearly 90F during our stay, it made a huge difference in keeping us comfortable. The layout was ideal for our family, with a full bathroom in every bedroom. This made getting ready so much easier and faster, which is a big plus when traveling as a group.The housekeeping service was fantastic, and I want to give an extra thumbs up to the owner for providing this, it made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Large, chic apartment in center of Paris

This 3-bedroom apartment was large and very comfortable. The decor & furnishings were top-end and chic in a masculine way. Well-stocked kitchen featured a La Cornue stove, to give you a sense for the luxury of the place. Terrific location on one block street connecting to Rue Saint-Honore and Bd de la Madeleine, steps away from Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre. Also, "Ferona," the Argentinean restaurant next door, has great empanadas.

What a wonderful flat! We greatly appreciated the exceptional communication and assistance checking in. The flat was just as pictured, spacious and very accommodating for our family of five. It is in a wonderful location with easy access to the metro and anywhere your heart desires on foot. The flat was comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The kitchen was fantastic and really came in handy during our week stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. The building was quiet and clean. Pefect location. Ideal layout for three couples

This property was luxurious, spacious in a great location with three metro stops within a five minute walk. The layout of the apartment provides privacy for each couple and lovely gathering spaces. The property manager was terrific. We were contacted by text almost the minute we arrived in Paris. They greeted us at the apartment and gave a thourough orientation to the property and nearby attractions. The cleaning services was an added bonus. Loved our stay.

Wonderful Place!

We so enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would stay again if we are able to go back to Paris. It's in a great location near the Madeline metro station, Rue St. Honore and the Champs Elysees. Easy transfers to Gare St.-Lazare for Normandy or Invalides for Versailles. Mini Monoprix ('prix) and Laduree nearby along with our favorite local find Le Florentin. The bedrooms are very nice, bathrooms are great (the master is much larger for both) and the kitchen is well-appointed. Olivier was very responsive and met us at the apartment with keys and explanations for everything. Not much room for 6 in the den but we didn't spend much time hanging out, so it was fine. Beautiful place!
