One bedroom apartment 4 people - Rina Sea Apartments

The apartment is located within the Rina Sea Apartments residence, situated about 150 metres from the beach and about 2 km from the historic centre of Alghero.
The surrounding area offers various amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, beach establishments, bars, a pharmacy and public transport stops, all within easy walking distance.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Inside, you will find all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, television, safe, Wi-Fi (partial use), capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, ironing board and iron (on request).

Your stay includes final cleaning, electricity and water consumption, and the first supply of bed linen and towels.
Linen is changed every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the following mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: €200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after the condition of the apartment has been checked.
TOURIST TAX: mandatory for the municipality of Alghero, to be paid in cash (the amount varies).

For any requirements, please visit the reception office, which is open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00.
Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00; check-out is scheduled by 10:00.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. In case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of €50.00 may be required.

Pets are allowed in our property, but they are not allowed in the common areas. One pet per apartment (max 25 kg) is allowed and a supplement of €50.00 is payable on site.
