Guten Tag, ich komme gleich zur Sache. Gebucht war ein Appartement/Haus mit 4 Doppel Zimmer und einer Schlafcouch, dies wurde uns auch direkt von belvilla bestätigt per Mail. Bekommen haben wir leider nur 3 Doppel Zimmer, ein Einzelzimmer und eine Schlafcouch. Wir waren 8 Personen(4 erwachsene, 4 Kinder) jetzt mussten 2 Personen alleine schlafen. Kinder aufteilen war keine Option, da die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer steht und wir Erwachsenen abends dann doch nochmal da sitzen wollten. Also musste sich ein Pärchen zum schlafen aufteilen. Super schön auf einer Schlafcouch im Urlaub schlafen, da hätte man auch zuhause auf der eigenen Couch bleiben können. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir gleich mal sauber machen, bevor wir unsere 3 kleinen Sachen reinstellen konnten. Der Backofen konnte nicht genutzt werden, da waren klebten noch Reste von der ersten Nutzung, aus dem Jahr 19.. Das Geschirr mussten wir vor der ersten Nutzung auch abwaschen. Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Bad ja, es ist halt schon in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch waren überall Kalkablagerungen, auch von 19.. Naja von den Spinngewebe fang ich erst nicht an, auch wenn das ganze schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, muss das nicht sein. Frühstücksangebot war gut, der Service der da hinter steckte nicht. Tische nicht sauber, klebrig usw. Teller wurden so zwischen durch nicht abgeräumt. Teilweise gab es keine Teller, Besteck oder Gläser mehr. Die Kaffeemaschinen hatten regelmäßig Probleme. Schwimmbad war ok und für die Kids ausgereicht aber auch hier stand Sauberkeit nicht im Vordergrund. Personal war zur jeder Zeit überfordert und unfreundlich, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder am Empfang der Schwimmhalle. Würde ich nochmal hinfahren, klares Nein.
