The property is situated on the third floor of a traditional building with an elevator. The interior layout includes a living room with a dining table for four and a relaxation area equipped with a Smart TV.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, featuring a high table with bar stools for breakfast or quick meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a Queen Size double bed and large wardrobes providing ample storage space for clothing and personal items. The bathroom is fully furnished and includes all essential services. A small balcony offers an outdoor corner for fresh air. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi; fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

By Metro: The Lambrate FS station on the Green Line (M2) is located right in the square. From Milano Centrale Station, it is just a 4-stop ride (direction Gessate/Cologno Nord).



By Train: The apartment is steps away from the Milano Lambrate railway station, served by regional and high-speed suburban trains.



From Linate Airport: You can take a taxi (about 15-20 minutes) or use public transport (shuttle/bus to the city center and then the M2 Metro line).



Arriving by Car & Parking: The apartment is easily accessible from the "Tangenziale Est" (East Ring Road), taking the Lambrate exit. Street Parking (Blue Lines): In Piazza Bottini and the surrounding streets, parking is marked by blue lines. In Milan, these spaces are pay-to-park, typically from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.



Important Warning (Yellow Lines): Please avoid parking on yellow lines, as these are strictly reserved for local residents with a special permit. Parking there will likely result in a fine or your vehicle being towed.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and extra sets of linen or towels may incur a small additional fee payable upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
