This enchanting cottage is peacefully situated at the edge of an ancient hamlet, offering stunning views of the Elsa Valley near Colle di Val d'Elsa. It is an ideal spot for couples and small families seeking a relaxing and cultural holiday in the heart of Tuscany.

The cottage is perfectly situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centers in Tuscany, as well as exploring numerous smaller, charming villages in the Chianti region. It is conveniently located within easy reach of the "Siena - Florence" toll-free motorway dual carriageway, just 8 km away.

La Capanna di Silvia is the result of a recent renovation that has transformed an ancient barn into a beautiful and comfortable holiday cottage. It is completely independent and surrounded by a well-maintained and fenced outdoor area.

An inviting swimming pool, located approximately 50 meters from the cottage, is set in a panoramic and sunny position. The pool measures 15x5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2.3 meters. It is fenced, available from June to September, and shared with some residential houses in the hamlet. Additionally, the area features a shared barbecue and oven for guests to enjoy.

The cottage boasts cozy rooms that are well-furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, including satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, heating and air conditioning, and Wi-Fi access. Mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom windows and bathroom to ensure comfort.
