ONLY!!! in the village we have olimpia .it swimming pool with range of diving boards, of various heights up to 10 meters. ; distance 10 minutes walk from the house. You have to live it to appreciate it and you will find everything I told you !!!

A Perfect Escape

I cannot rave enough about the property, the location, or the wonderful hosts. My wife and I spent the tail-end of our honeymoon here and it was simply perfect. Allesandro and his wife were simply the best hosts one can ask for, providing amazing recommendations, always available to contact for assistance or advice and taking immense joy and pride in their city and the region. We wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly be coming back as soon as we can.

Lovely apartment in wonderful Colle!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Anna. Spacious, beautiful and very convenient for walking to bars, cafes and restaurants in Colle. Amazing views and we loved the terrace! The place served as a great home base for local exploring as well as trips to Siena and San Gimignano, as well as a great wine tasting at Agriturismo Cesani. Alessandro and Liliana were beyond helpful and friendly. The private parking was a challenge to my driving skills but made life so much easier! Grazie mille to you both!!!

What a Fantastic Place!

Amazing stay. Alessandro and his wife Liliana were such welcoming and gracious hosts. You definitely need to take them up on their in house Tuscany dinner offer - it was magnificent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our 2 couples - it even has extra room for another couple or children. Highly recommend staying here - you will love it!

Unique property from the late 1800's. Lots of room overall but 2nd bathroom is very small. Lots of stairs to reach the home from the private parking spot. Great hosts and wonderful home made dinner prepared by hosts at the property.

Perfect in Every Way.

Four generations of my family felt this was their home away from home. The location gives easy access to the sights of Tuscany. Best of all are the warm and generous hosts...Lilian and Alessanndro.

Well managed beautiful estate apartment house.

So much history and beautiful things to see. Amazing views and close to so many great sights. We traveled from there to Florence, Siena and many other Tuscan locations, but was able to call it ‘Home’ at night. Cooking in was nice too. Large patio to relax. Very casual. We were blessed to have nice weather. Allesandro and Lilliana were very responsive of our every question and recommended several things to do. Will look forward to a return visit when it allows.

Charming traditional house & town

We enjoyed our stay in Colle di Val d’Elsa. There were only 2 of us in a 3-bedroom house - we didn’t need that much space but were happy to stay in such a comfortable traditional home. We especially enjoyed the huge terrace with its views over the town.

Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay at Casa Anna! We were privileged to stay in such a historic building in a beautiful town! It is a convenient location to Siena, San Gimignano and Florence, but without all the tourist activity. We have a lovely meal atop the castle turret in town and really enjoyed the evening on the patio! Alessandra was extremely gracious, and the home has a wonderfully peaceful spirit! Thank you - we loved it!

Excellent stay in Tuscany- amazing hosts!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro and Liliana’s place. The check in process made us feel very welcome with excellent advice on things to do and a full tour of the features of the amazing property. The house is well-equipped and situated within a great village- all you expect from Tuscany but without having been over-touristed. Some great local restaurants and swimming spots. Alessandro and Liliana are super friendly and hospitable and we will be recommending their place to others.

Wonderful place to explore tuscany

The appartement is spacious and has high painted ceilings. The atmosphere is really nice. A private parkingspace handy in the villagecenter. a lot of Nice restaurants and bars Around the corner. Fabulous place to stay in Tuscany!

Casa Anna was a great place to stay in Tuscany. The apartment is large and comfortable and has a beautiful terrace. There is a fantastic pasticceria just up the street as well as many great restaurants to walk to. The hosts, Alessandro and Liliana, were exceptionally warm, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed their friendliness and responsiveness and all of their suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We highly recommend.

The apartment is so spacious and absolutely beautiful! The terrace has the most amazing views, everything you imagine Tuscany will be. Great apartment for our family of five, with large bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen and dining room. And all in the heart of old town, walking distance to restaurants and bars for cappuccino. Enchanting

Casa Anna was a delight, a step back in time with its decorated ceilings, tessellated floor tiles, and precious family heirloom furniture. Alessandro and Liliana were the perfect hosts, and were justifiably proud of their ancestral home. They were on the doorstep to welcome us, and show us around the spotlessly clean accommodation (and secret cellar!) Casa Anna is in an unspoiled Tuscan village with vibrant restaurants and the BEST patisserie across the road. We wish we could have stayed much longer :)

The property is perfect location for walking around the town or going out to Florence or surrounding Villages. The owner Alessandro and his beautiful wife are very nice people and I cant say enough how great the home is plenty of room for all. I wish I had more time to enjoy Colle di Val d'Elsa more. Warm and gracious hosts and home

Lilianna and Alessandro are lovely, kind and joyfully welcoming people. We found Casa Anna to be the perfect setting for our stay in Colle di Val d'Elsa. The rooms are large, yet comfortable, historic, yet with modern conveniences. The cafe/bakery across the street was so convenient for morning cappuccinos and croissants. There were many choices for meals within easy walking distance. However, the meal we all will remember is the one prepared by Lilianna and Alessandro for us on our last evening. It was a delicious Tuscan feast and we took delight in many homegrown products and treats.

Amazing Historic Home - Superb Hosts

Casa Anna is an amazing home with a lot of history that hosts Alessandro and Liliana are more than happy to share. The period pieces, great location and wonderful views from the large terrace make this the perfect place to stay in Tuscany. It is close to both Florence and Siena, as well as to smaller towns including Volterra and San Gimignano. The hosts graciously provide a wealth of helpful information about the area. The private parking area is an added bonus. Be sure to check out the amazing bakery across the street and the nearby restaurants within walking distance. This is by far one of the best places to stay in this area of Tuscany and we cannot wait to return to Casa Anna on our next trip. Thank you Alessandro and Liliana for your hospitality. We are grateful for having the opportunity to stay in your wonderful home.

Just a perfect apartment in a wonderful small Tuscan village

Alessandro and Lilianna were amazing hosts, the best ever assuring that everything is perfect for their guests. The apartment is beautiful as pictured and has everything you may need . The deck is just gorgeous with a beautiful view. A really great benefit is that they have parking in the garden with a gate. It makes staying their so easy. The apartment is extremely clean and we couldn’t have wanted anything more. We loved the Tuscan dinner they made for us and served at the apartment. If you have time, please enjoy it. All ingredients were fresh and many grown by them. Absolutely perfect 10 days for 2 couples. There is a 3rd bedroom and it would work about perfect for 3 couples.

A delight from start to finish!

We feel so lucky to have found Casa Anna in the wonderful city of Colle Di Val D'Elsa for our first ever trip to Italy. Alessandro and Lilliana made every step, from booking to departure, a pleasure. They made us feel at home in their home. Casa Anna is exactly as pictured. It was a very large, clean and comfortable space for 3 adults including 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. We were so close to many delightful places in Colle (the coffee shop and bakery across the street, the piazza just down the street, and great shops). It is a quick and easy drive to Sienna, if that is on your list of things to do. As other guests have commented, it is a must to take advantage of their home cooked Tuscan dinner. So fresh, so delicious and such fun, the eggplant parmesan is a must try! We made lifelong memories due to our wonderful hosts and the beautiful city of Colle. Grazie mille

Historic Italian Home

Despite cold rainy weather, we enjoyed our stay in this historic Italian family home. The home was large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. The area was quiet with a delicious bakery across the street. The on-site parking was very convenient for our frequent day trips throughout the region. Alessandro and Liliana were very responsive to our questions and helpful in showing us around the home and giving us information on the area. Because of the weather, we were unable to use the terrace which had a gorgeous view of the countryside. We would recommend taking the elevator from the old town to the new town to see the activity and visit the shops. Although later seen on the website in Italian, we were initially unaware of the additional cleaning and heating fees. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful, historic home.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful hill town in Tuscany

We had a wonderful time, and I would stay again in a heartbeat. The apartment is lovely — elegant and spacious, with plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers. We enjoyed breakfasts and lunch on the lovely terrace, with a terrific view over the Tuscan countryside. The location is wonderful as well — a terrific pasticceria across the street, a lovely little market nearby, and great restaurants within a block or two on either side. The town itself was a great surprise — we had planned to use it as a base for exploring other better known towns (and it is certainly conveniently located for doing that) but the most fun we had was wandering around Colle di Val d’Elsa itself, a small but very picturesque town or rather trio of villages that nonetheless is not overrun by tourists the way San Gimigniano or Volterra are. Perhaps the best aspect of the apartment was the owners — Alessandro and Liliana were very warm, full of information, and absolutely accommodating of our schedule. I can’t say enough about how great this apartment was. We have had good luck with nearly everywhere we have stayed but even so this apartment really stood out!

An amazing place!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at, on any platform. Alessandro and Liliana have created a really special experience. The apt is spacious, there are many places to be together or to have some alone time. The interiors have both old world charm and modern comforts. The floors are insanely beautiful, smooth and cool underfoot - local marble, tile; the ceilings are very high, with beautiful decorative plaster. There are shutters allowing you total darkness as you sleep, if you wish. The terrace has an amazing view of the church tower, getting up to watch the sunrise from there is absolutely worth it. The town is charming, we loved walking the old section. There are not the crowds of tourists here, despite being ourselves tourists it was nice to stroll the quiet streets. Everywhere we looked was a new picturesque sight. The restaurants in walking distance are good and the shop across the street has amazing cakes. Very close to Siena for a day trip as well. We stayed in some castles on our Europe trip, and though lovely they had nothing on this place. We recommend having Liliana make dinner-I’m not kidding it was the best meal we had in Italy-with traditional courses that had clearly developed over generations into simple perfection. 10/10 this place is magic.

Beautiful apartment in small historic city in the heart of Tuscany

Our main regret is that we only stayed for three nights here at Casa Anna. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. As well as the three good sized bedrooms there is a nice modern kitchen/diner, a large dining room/lounge, a large patio area with stunning views of the city and River Elsa valley and your own private secure parking area. Within a few meters of the front door there are small local shops for bread, vegetables, meat and wine as well a good restaurants and a seller of dolche and gelato! What more could you ask for? The property owners were delightful and helpful - a real pleasure to meet and do business with - and full of tips and advice on where to go and what to do. Colle di Val d'Elsa is a charming small city in its own right as well as within easy reach of classic Tuscan locations like Siena and San Gimignano. Any downsides? Not really, although at night there is quite a bit of noise from traffic and people on the street which was more of a shock as we had come there from a very quiet country location. You soon get used to it though. We left feeling like we would love to come back and enjoy some more time in this lovely, historic place.
