About this property

Farmhouse Casabella in Tuscany

Casabella is beautifully located in the Tuscan countryside, 14 km
away from Siena and 3 km away from the village of Sovicille. The
house is a typical Tuscan rural villa, it has been lovelingly
renovated and furnished with elegance in typical Tuscan style. It
includes a lovely terrace with gorgeous views over the hilly contryside as well as a nice pool and a garden. The pool will be open from the second week in May until mid October.
The house is very spacious, including a large sitting room with
fireplace, an ample kitchen and dining area, a lovely living room
located in an attic. There are also 2 triple bedrooms (either a
double bed and a single bed) and a single bedroom as well as 2
bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower).
The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, electric oven,
toaster, microwaves, coffee machines, gas stoves. A washing machine too is available.
Satellite TV and WiFi, as well as bed linen and bath towels are provided and are all inclusive.

A spectacular Italian Adventure

This trip was spectacular and Marzia and Renzo were very kind and helpful in providing valuable information to help me settle into CasaBella. The house was perfect and the view was breathtaking. I will definately be visiting again in the future.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful visit to Casabella and greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from this villa are phenomenal. From the porch, from the pool, from every window. I could sit and gaze for hours at the neighboring vineyards and the Tuscan countryside The pool is a cool escape from the hot sun. My companion and I loved it. Our kids loved it even more! There is a treasure trove of pamphlets, maps, and guides to help enjoy the local area, including the host's restaurant recommendations. The host obviously cares about and takes care of the property with great diligence. She provided a crib for our infant. A couple of notes: there are two separate villas on the property, each sharing the pool. In our case, the other villa housed a family with one child the same age as ours, so they played and had a great time. There is no air conditioning, but even in the peak of summer when we visited, it was cool and comfortable at night. The house is exquisitely decorated, but we needed to move some of the fragile items up and out of the reach of our two-year-old. All in all, I would not hesitate to come back; in fact, I wish I could book again tomorrow. We had a lovely stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Bella war einfach super. Wir hatten einen freundlichen Empfang. Die Räume waren super ausgestattet und sauber. Das Grundstück und der Pool einfach perfekt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Tout d'abord belle maison spacieuse dans un environnement calme et magnifique. Et la localisation centrale pour tous les sites merveilleux à visiter. Belle piscine utilisée ts les jours 3 ème semaine de septembre. Accueil parfait avec conseil de visites et attention . Beaucoup de vaisselle et linge : vraie maison de famille. Aimerions revenir. Erholung garantiert

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Casabella. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder.Uns hat das Haus von der Ausstattung, also das altmodische, sehr gut gefallen.Jedoch sind einige Sachen schon in die Jahre gekommen, wie z.b. der Duschschlauch im Vollbad, der vielleicht mal erneuert werden müsste.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber auch da wäre es schön, das Sortiment zu ergänzen oder auf Funktionstüchtigkeit zu prüfen, wie z.b. zu wenige Trinkgläser, stumpfe Messer ( was mit einem Messerschärfer leicht zu beheben wäre).Von der Sauberkeit her war es gut, allerdings müsste auch da an diversen Stellen genauer geschaut werden, wie z.b. unter dem Bett, an den Decken oder in der Ecke hinter dem Mülleimer, wo sich viele Wollmäuse und Spinnweben befanden.

Lovely terrace

We had a very pleasant stay. It was very hot at the time but there was a light cooling breeze on the terrace and fans in the house meant we slept well. Plenty of room in the house and a welcoming host. Pool area is a bit tired but the water was cool and we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren vom 06.-20.07. in Casabella/Toiano und hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage mit einem tollen Pool, einem großzügig eingerichteten Haus und sehr gastfreundlichen Gastgebern, die uns jederzeit mit Kuchen, Tiramisu, Tipps und als Handwerker zur Verfügung standen. Ein Aufenthalt bei Marzia ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder :-)!

Perfect Tuscan retreat

Peaceful location but so very close to Siena. Casabella is a lovely spot, nestled above the vines with distant views of the Tuscan landscape. The pool is a bonus, refreshingly cool with a nice deck for those less inclined to splash around to keep a watchful eye while remembering why Aperol is such a good thing. Marzia and Renzo are wonderful hosts, sharing generous hospitality and the warmest welcome. We’ll be back :)

Eine perfekte Woche in Sovicille

Wir verbrachten eine perfekte Woche in der super ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung von Marcia in Sovicille. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Siena und in die Umgebung aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, vielen Dank.

Home away from Home

We stayed a total of 9 nights at Casabella. A lovely Tuscan Hillside villa with a great view of the surrounding vineyards. For the most part the 5 adults were very comfortable. Mariza was super accommodating, she had a crib and high chair for our infant and even went shopping to stock the house before we arrived.

traumhafte toskanische Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr schönes, typisch toskanisches Haus. In dem Haus ist alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, um der ganzen Familie ein leckeres, italienisches Essen zuzubereiten. Es sind genug Töpfe, Kochbesteck, Teller, Tassen und Besteck vorhanden. Auch Grundlebensmittel, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl wird bereitgestellt. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und englisch. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr freundlich, sehr gepflegt. Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage mit bester Aussicht über eine atemberaubend schöne toskanische Landschaft. Da es sich um ein altes Steinhaus handelt, empfehle ich zu den kälteren Jahreszeiten dicke Söckchen oder Hausschuhe und eventuell für abends eine Wärmflasche, da die Decken typisch italienisch sehr dünn sind. Es sind aber ausreichend Decken vorhanden, um sich auch eine zweite nehmen zu können. Auch Handtücher werden ausreichend bereitgestellt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele wie Siena und Florenz, aber auch der Strand bei Grosseto sind gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Toskana machen.

Schönes Ferienhaus für den Toskana-Urlaub

Das traditionelle Steinhaus ist sehr schön und authentisch. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und super als Basis für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Gegend geeignet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Siena trip

Farmhouse Casabella located in a country setting just outside of Siena. It was perfect for our group of four adults offering three bedrooms and two private baths. Great base for us and easy travel around Tuscany from there. We really enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks and food. Marzia and Renzo were the perfect hosts.

Urgemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Casabella verbracht. Das Haus hat ganz viel Charme und bietet viel Platz. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Min erreichbar und es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Ungebung. Der Garten mit Pool ist herrlich, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Beautiful Getaway in Tuscany

Casabella was the perfect place to begin our honeymoon. The house is quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding farms and vineyards. During our stay, we took several trips throughout the region, including to Siena, Lucca, and Monteriggioni — each were wonderful and worth the drive. With luck, we'll be back at Casabella in the future!
