Step into a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, where a cozy beige sofa and stylish armchair invite relaxation. Large windows flood the room with natural light, while the flat-screen TV offers entertainment. The dining area, with a table seating six, is perfect for gatherings.

The well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations with its modern amenities, including a coffee machine and cooking utensils. Imagine preparing meals while chatting with friends in this inviting space. After dinner, unwind on the large terrace as the sun sets.

The apartment features three double bedrooms, each designed for comfort and rest.

The full bathroom, complete with a hairdryer, adds convenience to your stay, ensuring everyone starts their day refreshed.

NOTE: This is a no-elevator building, and you must climb some stairs to access the apartment

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 4th floor, including the terrace and all amenities, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the heart of Gaia, in a pleasant green area, this spacious apartment has been restored and equipped to receive families or groups of friends traveling together. In a 15-minute walk, enjoying a fantastic view over the Douro River and Ribeira, you will reach the famous Port Wine Cellars.

Beside a small park, you will find from local shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, cafes, restaurants and even large commercial surfaces. The place is well lit and right in the center of Gaia. If you are visiting Porto, it is just 5 minutes from the center and historic area by metro. The apartment is also not far from the river, wine cellars and many other attractions around.

Gaia Cable Car is 2 km from Gaia Gardens Apartments, while Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 14 km from the property.

Close to all the amenities that a big city has to offer, it is a 7-minute walk from the Metro and 4 stations from the historic center of Porto.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
