The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) allows for easy meal preparation, and the adjacent balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. The bright living and dining area opens onto a larger furnished balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening or enjoying a cocktail.
