An internal staircase leads to the first floor (please note that the steps are steep and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility), where you’ll find a third double bedroom, an additional bathroom with a large shower, and a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the countryside and the Diaccia Botrona Nature Reserve. In the basement, there is a convenient laundry area equipped with a washing machine and drying rack. The villa is fully air-conditioned, fitted with mosquito screens, and equipped with Wi-Fi.
