A second cozy living room with an additional open-plan kitchen is located in the guest house on the lower ground floor, offering extra privacy and flexibility for larger groups or families.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before departure, we kindly ask guests to: • Turn off all air conditioning units. Thank you for helping us keep the villa energy-efficient!

At check-out, guests are required to hand over the house keys and the entrance remote control to the villa manager. In case of loss or failure to return them, an additional replacement fee will apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
€2,000 refundable security deposit in cash required at check-in, fully refunded at check-out if no damage or loss occurs.
Housekeeping service is provided every third day. Washing machine use is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and for the protection of their personal belongings throughout their stay at the villa.
