Nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Lynchburg, in the Thornhill Wagon factory building established in 1898, the Loft boasts a great historic charm and is ideally located within walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and attractions, including the Bluffwalk.

It is worth noting that the local Lynchburg Museum, located just a few streets away from the Loft, has a dedicated section showcasing the history of the building's former factory.

Here’s what you need to know about the Loft:

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee maker, stainless steel fridge, range/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, basic kitchen necessities (pots/pans, kettle, glassware, utensils, etc.), and an island with 3 stools.

LIVING AREA: The living area contains a sofa, accent chairs, Roku TV, and an exposed brick wall. An open staircase leads to the garage.

DINING AREA: The dining area features a wooden table with 6 chairs, and a small glass table with 2 chairs at the center of an open floor plan.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, closet, smart TV, recliner, and an en suite bathroom.

PRIMARY BATHROOM: The primary bathroom features a shower, toilet, jacuzzi-type tub, double sink vanity, and a huge mirror.

BEDROOM #2: The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, and Roku TV.

LAUNDRY CLOSET: The laundry closet contains a washer and dryer.

BEDROOM #3: The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, closet, and Roku TV.

BATHROOM #2: The second bathroom contains a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a single sink vanity.

FIREPLACE: The use of the fireplace is not permitted.

Towels and sheets are provided, and a large closet and dresser provide ample storage for your clothes and luggage. The Loft also features a two-car garage located under the spiral stairs. This space is very private and accessible, and it is all on one level, except for the garage.

While the space is child-friendly, please note that it is not childproof. Parents or guardians must monitor their children at all times.

Please note that there is no cable TV. The Loft is equipped with central heat and air, which keeps it cool during summer and warm during winter. We kindly ask our guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as there may be some downtown noise.
