The bedroom features two beautiful twin beds, 65”smart TV, fully supplied kitchen. Enjoy modern bathrooms recently upgraded, a laundry room a few feet away, two assigned parking spaces. Spacious walk-in closets! Beautiful pool. This is a 2/2 but we also rented as a 1/1.

The space
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom (2/2) condominium that we rent as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom (1/1). The main bedroom will remain locked throughout your stay. It will not affect your stay or comfort.
You will have exclusive access to the entire condominium, which includes:
A bedroom with two beautiful single beds and a spacious walk-in closet.
A recently remodeled full bathroom, conveniently located in the main hallway in front of the bedroom.
The entire kitchen, living room, and balcony will be at your service.
While you are renting the apartment as a 1/1 unit, the main bedroom will be locked and will not be rented to anyone else during your stay, ensuring your privacy and comfort. The entire condominium has been recently remodeled and modernized with many upgrades. It is conveniently located with access to main highways, hospitals, stores, banks, gas stations and many other amenities.
You can rent the extra bedroom for sets of at least two weeks if you have guests.

Guest access
To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps to access the building and your apartment:
Building Entrance: A secure lockbox is located on the balcony next to the balcony's storage door. You will be provided with the code to open this lockbox and retrieve the keys required to enter the main building.
Apartment Access: Once you are inside the building, use your unique digital access code to unlock the apartment door. We will provide you the door code.
Inside the Apartment: For your convenience during your stay, physical apartment and amenities keys will be waiting for you immediately upon entry. The keys will be on the key holder next to the main door.

Other things to note
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom (2/2) condominium that will be rented as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom (1/1) unit. While your rent it as a 1/1 unit, the other room will NOT be rented to anyone. For your privacy and ours, we kindly ask that the second bedroom remains closed and undisturbed during your stay. We truly appreciate you respecting that private space! You can request to rent the extra bedroom for sets of at least two weeks if you ever have guests visiting you.
