This spacious apartment on the first floor offers you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The flat was fully renovated and refurbished in 2023, it is 65 Sqm.
‼️ Please note: The apartment is located in a pedestrian-only area, so taxis cannot drop you off directly at the building. You will need to walk approximately 300 meters with your luggage to reach the apartment.

The flat and everything in it is brand new and decorated in a modern style, preserving some details of its past, like the original wooden floor.
- In the first Bedroom, there is a kingsize double bed (1.80) with its own TV and air conditioning. Also, a bright window overlooking the small street of Filarmonikis 18
- The second bedroom has two single beds with its own TV and air conditioning and a bright window overlooking the small street of Filarmonikis 18
All guests receive towels, bed sheets, pillows, etc
Upon your arrival will be provided with hotel towels and sheets.
Please notice that this is a self-catering place where no hotel services will be included. For guests who stay more than a week, we are happy to offer free mid-cleaning and replacement of towels and sheets.
