On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a kitchenette, ideal for socialising; upstairs, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom offers privacy and comfort in a warm and cosy atmosphere. Outside, a charming veranda opens onto a spacious green area: the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts or dinners under a starry sky, enveloped by the silence of the countryside.
Surrounding the property, the 19th-century villa and historic farm buildings are nestled in a park of centuries-old trees where the charm of a bygone era still lingers. Here, time slows down: the scent of linden trees, jasmine, and roses; fireflies on summer evenings; and squirrels and hares in the woods create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Not everything is perfect at Poggiolo—time has left its mark—but this is precisely what gives the estate its unique character and a touch of old-world elegance.
