About this property

CoastalCreekfrontStudio! Pets ok, near everything you want to do in Coastal Ga!

I think you will like my place! Its decorated like a beach house located in a tropical atmosphere with over 39 large palm trees, & lots of banana trees & thick green grass in the summer. You may see various wildlife that live along the creek bank like Raccoons, turtles, otters & Great Blue Herons! Im close to restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, hospital (<10 min), shopping & FLETC (<3min). St Simons Island is about 15 minutes away & Jekyll Island about 25 minutes. Its a nice "simple" casual place. You have CH&A, full kitchen, washer & dryer, starter coffee, tea, sugar ect , all the basics you need. The bed is queen size, and the blue jean couch is comfortable. Its located on a tidal creek that's about 4' @ high tide & 0' @ low tide. Guests have access to the breezeway connecting the unit to my house where I have a patio table & 4 chairs & a charcoal grill, the hammock gazebo area next to the creek, the area immediately behind the unit w/table, chairs & umbrella & in the unit itself. Any other part of the property is my private area. Theres a wifi lock on the front door. Older established neighborhood with huge moss covered oaks & long winding roads. Its usually pretty quiet, BUT there can be the usual noise because humans live, work & play around here. Theres historic sites nearby, and lots of salt & freshwater waterways if you like boating, crabbing & fishing! Were not a large town, so you can mostly get anywhere in 30 minutes or less. I have a black doggy named Willow who may come by for a visit. She is a very friendly Staffy mix, but if you dont want her company let me know! Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

***This is a "pet friendly" rental, so if you have allergies to any kind of pets, or are scared of any kind of animal it may not be a good choice for you. I have a friendly dog "Willow" you may encounter in the backyard.
*** PET POLICY: Max 2 pets allowed, and there is a $40 pet fee. Your dog MUST: get along with other dogs (because my dog Willow shares the yard too sometimes). Your dog must be on continuous flea treatment, NOT a meanie or destroyer, & you must clean up their mess outside & their hair inside. PLEASE bring two sheets to cover the couch in bed if your dog he likes to get on the furniture. Take them home to wash.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds & gather the towels, washcloths, kitchen towels & start load in washing machine theirs soap & bleach in cabinet above. Use one load. Do basic cleanup don't leave dirty dishes.
Shoot me a text when you leave so I will know to come clean. Don't throw away food, me, my dog, or helper may enjoy it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Keep noise from pets, people etc to a minimum. Clean up after yourselves & pets. No public drunkenness. Take care of my property!
$40 pet fee, must be on flea treatment, Not a meanie or destroyer, must like my dog, clean up after them inside /out or Ill charge extra clean fee!
Extra $25 per hour clean fee if it takes longer than 2 hours to clean.

Property was exactly as advertised and had more than everything we needed. Communication was prompt, courteous, and provided all the details needed. Kitchen has everything and more to make a couple quick easy meals and the place was more spacious than expected! Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Brunswick area.

Cute little cottage with everything you need for home away from home. Only thing was a miscommunication on it being fenced in. Its a partially fenced property so if your dog doesn't do well staying where they should bring a tie out or leash!

It was such a treat staying at this location, which was accurately reflected in the listing. The host was friendly and was very responsive in her communucation. Her dog was gentle with my little dog. Also, my husband and I loved staying so close to the marshland. Not to mention, the location was ideal as we were less than a mile from a special event we attended.

Why they chose this property

Ive owned & lived in this property for quite a while, & in March 2017 decided to change this apt to a vacation rental instead of a long term rental. This is located next to my home, & easy to manage!
