Come spend a weekend or a week at this updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Full size washer and dryer. Bathroom with a tile tub/shower. The bedroom offers a very comfortable queen size bed, walk in closet, 2 dressers, tv and a ceiling fan. The Family room offers plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a sunroom which is great for those who still need a desk and space to work. If you love this condo as much as we do you may not want to go home. ** Only a 2 nt minimum stay.**

Realtor in NW GA. We bought this condo back in 2013. We just absolutely love it. I have no intentions of ever selling it (we just love it that much). I enjoy sharing our home away from home with others and also referring people who rent while looking for a place of their own. I have local Realtor friends who can assist in purchasing property nearby. I even sold my sister a house in 2020. Once you visit it's almost a given that you'll want to come back.
Why they chose this property
This is the place to be. The unit is quite cozy with approximately 1100 sq ft it's not too small but yet not too big for couples or young families. Easy access to the pool, tennis courts and fitness center, all just a walk down one flight of steps. The community is gated and also VERY well maintained. Close to shopping and about a 5 minute drive to the beach.
What makes this property unique
This property stands out because we are EASY to work with. No minimum stay, not overpriced, well maintained, the list goes on and on. I continually strive to make this unit very appealing. I am always maintaining and updating the unit each and every year. I just had new floors installed (Sept 2023), tub/shower redone in 2016, new HVAC in 2015, repainted in 2019. Furniture in the family room was replaced in 2020, new flooring in 2022.
