This cozy 1 bedroom condominium has the best balcony view. You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The unit comes with furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee.

Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day..

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

Balcony overlooking heated pool

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.

Everything was just as shown in the listing. I found it to be very clean and although it is apparent it is an older condo and could use a few updates it was definitely clean and sufficient for a nice stay. The pool view was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I rented the bikes and found them to be in good working order and easy to access. Thanks for a nice stay!

Perfect

We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. This was a great location close to the pier. There are so many good places to eat and shop making this the perfect place for us.Having coffee, creamer and sweeteners there was a very nice touch.Communication with the owner and instructions were excellent. Thank you!

Amazing

The property was just as described. Easy to find. The owners were easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. They provided everything we needed. A nice peaceful neighborhood, close to the pier and all the shops and dining areas. Will definitely be booking here again.
