Nice clean apartment which has everything that you would need yo make food a comfortable stay.m, as well as a nice little outdoor space. The location is close walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants etc. and not fair from Briancon including the old town. Overall a good apartment to stay at including a good location and I would stay there again.

Great Location

Perfect for a family with two teenagers, they each had their own space, albeit the bunk bed alcove was rather tight! Ski in and out snow permitting and a short walk to the shops (including a great baker for fresh bread every morning) and to the restaurants across the bridge to Rue de la Guisane.. will stay here again next time we visit Serre Chevalier!!

Quite well equipped, many spleeping places, wonderful mountains view. The only negative moment is a quite tricky hot water supply: may be because of some electricity block there was no hot water in evenings and even 1 day long. We tried to adopt our schedule to take shower in morning or afternoon, not later. If host fixes this it will be very comfortable place.

Pied à terre idéal pour la montagne

Appartement confortable (nous étions 4 adultes), très bien équipé et spacieux. On apprécie les deux salles de bains, les 2 radiateurs acova / sèche serviette, la vue sur la montagne (même si 2-3 arbres font de l'ombre), la moquette (rapide à aspirer), les équipements, les tiroirs qui s'ouvre côté cuisine et côté salle à manger, les nombreux rangements, le calme, le local à ski juste à côté, le radiateur cheminée (plus pour la déco que pour le chauffage), On aime moins l'accès à la mezzanine (échelle raide en travers du passage) qui convient bien à un ado mais pas pour des enfants ou des seniors, les pièces du "bas" cabine et WC qui sont froides l'hiver, le frigo dans le couloir (et non dans la cuisine, avantage il est de grande taille), l'absence de chambre à proprement parler (mais chaque lit étant sur un niveau différent il n'y a pas de vue d'un lit à l'autre, mais on entend les ronfleurs....)

Agréable séjour

L'appartement, même si il ne comporte pas de porte pour isoler les espaces couchages, est très bien agencé. Les chambres en mezzanine sont très agréables et grandes (l'une d'elle est cependant accessible avec une échelle assez raide). Tout est neuf et joliment décoré. L'emplacement est idéal en pied de pistes et le casier à skis est également idéalement bien situé. En bref un très agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons si l'appartement est disponible l'année prochaine !
