￫ Resort
The apartment is inserted in a resort with 2 outdoor swimming pools and just 6 minutes walking from the nearest beach.
Both pools will be closed from November 1st to April 1st.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms: one double bed bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning, another with 2 single beds and the third with a bunk bed.

￫ Bathrooms
The flat has two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.

￫ Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, dining table and access to a private terrace with dining area.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Good to Know:

- Ongoing construction works in one of the building's units.
- Seasonal swimming pool: closed from November 1st to April 1st
- The apartment does not have pool view

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 17:00 and check-out must be done until 11am.
￫ Crib is available upon request.
￫ Pools may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ You can leave your luggage before check-in, or after check-out, in the reception, during its working hours.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance. and are subject to a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- - As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential area, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
