Rustic house located 4 km from the charming village of Melides, in Grândola, renowned for its idyllic landscapes, tranquil atmosphere, and golden sandy beaches like Praia de Melides, just 5 km away. The village also boasts the stunning Lagoa de Melides, enriching the scenic surroundings.

Melides preserves an authentic and traditional atmosphere, with whitewashed houses and blue accents, characteristic of Alentejo architecture. With the Serra de Grândola nearby and the sea just minutes away, Melides is ideal for those who enjoy nature trails, want to explore the local flora and fauna, or simply relax by the sea.

The property consists of a main house and an annex, situated on a walled plot, ensuring complete privacy. The décor in both houses emphasizes white tones, with colorful accents, wood, and natural fibers, creating a bright, cheerful, and at the same time, cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

MAIN HOUSE
The main house, on one floor, includes:

Living Room: With large, comfortable sofas and a TV, opening directly onto the garden.

Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), washing machine, and dishwasher.
The house includes a water purifier, ensuring safe tap water consumption.

Dining Room: Ideal for sharing moments and planning the next day’s adventures, it has a large dining table for 8 people and a sofa.

Bedrooms: Includes two bedrooms — a suite with a rustic double bed made from pallets and a wardrobe, and a bedroom with two bunk beds, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms: The house has two bathrooms with showers (one en suite), both with cement shower bases, enhancing the rustic atmosphere.

ANNEX
On the first floor (accessible by external stairs), there's one suite with a double bed and access to a balcony with scenic views. There is also a complete bathroom with a shower.

OUTDOORS
A garden area perfect for relaxation and children's play, as well as a patio with a dining table.

Enjoy the sunny weather and savor meals outdoors, and at night, revel in the breathtaking starry skies and absolute tranquility.

There is also an outdoor shower.

PARKING
On-site parking is available for 2 cars.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The property is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. Be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- As a village in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice.
