The apartment is furnished in a modern alpine style, with the use of high-quality materials and carefully crafted finishes, designed to ensure maximum comfort and a regenerating mountain stay experience.



The property consists of a double bedroom with a small private Finnish sauna and an en-suite windowed bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC. The living area features a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, as well as an additional service bathroom with WC and washbasin.



The kitchen corner is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and everything necessary for your holiday.



The apartment offers direct access to the well-maintained communal garden, from which it is also possible to reach the external hot tub, which is also for common use.



The structure is in fact located on the ground floor and is conveniently accessible directly from the garage.



Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for a carefree stay.

Dosplain Apartments is located less than 1 km from the centre of Santa Cristina, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, rentals and supermarkets. The centre is easily accessible on foot, by car or via free bus, with a stop just 20 metres from the property.



During the winter, the location is particularly strategic: the free ski bus, also with a stop 20 metres away, quickly connects to the Col Raiser and Saslong ski lifts, allowing direct access to the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski ski area.



In summer, Dosplain is perfect for mountain, hiking and cycling enthusiasts. The Dolomites trails start directly behind the house, while the seasonal city bus (stop always 20 metres away) conveniently connects to the main facilities in the area and the main bus line to reach other locations in Val Gardena and South Tyrol.



To ensure maximum relaxation during your holiday in the Dolomites, each Dosplain apartment features a private Finnish sauna, while the communal garden offers an external hot tub, available for all guests.



The structure offers numerous comforts: a parking space in the garage for each apartment, a limited number of free external parking spaces, shared washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.

Most facilities offer remote check-in at the accommodation with access via code. We invite you to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to verify if your booking falls under this possibility.

Check-out: personally from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except for facilities with code access).

Pets are not allowed in some houses. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us separately if you intend to bring them with you. In facilities where they are allowed, a supplement of € 15.00 per animal per night is applied. Cot, high chair, and bed rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7:00 PM: possible only after registration by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the necessary documentation, as well as payment of the tourist tax and extras by credit card.

Heating is active from October to April (it will not be turned on if the external temperature exceeds 15°C or if the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement. If permitted, confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required and involves a variable additional cost.

Any waste of electricity, gas, or other resources will result in additional costs (for example: lights left on during absence, heating on with windows open).

Visitors are required to air the apartment at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to prevent the formation of moisture and mould. If this rule is not followed and mould is detected at check-out, restoration costs will be charged.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may experience interruptions or slowdowns and is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food items such as cooking spices or consumables like shampoo or soap. Any products present are intended as a welcome gift and will not be replenished during the stay.

To access the apartment, payment of the stay, check-in, and tourist tax are required.

Unless otherwise agreed, physical keys, loyalty card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned from where they were collected. Otherwise, €50 will be charged for key recovery.

The final cleaning cost covers a standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing or removal of waste from the apartment. For excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, or unsorted waste, an additional cost will be charged based on the hours of work required.
