The Dining Terrace: Perfect for long, lazy alfresco breakfasts or sunset dinners. This zone boasts a large corner dining set on the terrace for up to 8 people plus extra seating in the shade of our Orange tree. A cantilever parasol helps protect from the midday sun.

The Sunbathing Deck: A private spot to soak up the Spanish rays on sun loungers with comfy cushions and surrounded by lush greenery.

The Relaxation Zone: An ideal corner for evening drinks or getting lost in a book while gently swinging on one of the two hammock chairs. Here you will find a large BBQ and a 2nd dining table with 6 chairs.

The apartment is just steps away from the large communal pool, which is surrounded by swaying palm trees and offers plenty of sunloungers and natural shade.

Flexible Sleeping: Two spacious bedrooms plus a bonus 2nd living room which can be totally enclosed at night to make a 3rd bedroom with a pull-out double bed, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.

Situated right next to the Duquesa Golf Course and just above the charming Castillo Duquesa village. Stroll down to the village to explore local tapas bars, seafood restaurants, and the historic fortress, all while being tucked away in a peaceful residential retreat.

Perfectly located near, but not quite in, Puerto Duquesa with all of its restaurants and nightlife.
Head down to the beach and turn left for a walk along the paseo by the sea to Duquesa, Sabilillas and Casares, or right to stroll through the ecological park by the sea and stop in one of the many chiringuitos for a relaxing drink.
