Villa Eva is a spacious three-bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, offering privacy, comfort, and beautiful sea views. Set within a well-kept garden, the villa features a private swimming pool, lawned areas, and a sauna, perfect for relaxing outdoor living.
The property is conveniently located 2km from Torreblanca beach, the nearest restaurant, and the train station, 3km from the nearest supermarket, 5km from the centre of Fuengirola, and 8km from Torrequebrada Golf Course. The villa provides parking spaces for two cars, and is equipped with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, and shutters throughout.
Accessed down a short flight of stairs, the villa is arranged over three levels. The main living level offers a bright, open-plan living space with a comfortable lounge featuring two sofas, two armchairs and a 55” Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen-diner is well equipped and includes a breakfast bar with stools and a dining area. Both the lounge and dining space open directly onto the south-west facing garden, where guests can enjoy the private pool, sauna, and lawned garden. A covered terrace provides shaded seating, ideal for relaxing while taking in the sea views. There is also a WC on this floor.
On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a 32” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, and bidet. The master bedroom opens onto a shared terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The second bedroom offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes, while there is also an office on this floor, featuring a sofa, desk and chair and fitted wardrobes. The office room shares access to the terrace.
One level below the main living area is a further spacious bedroom suite, furnished with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and a lounge area with an L-shaped sofa (which can be made into a double bed on request) a sofa, and 49” Smart TV.
