Close to Alton Towers and the Peak District making it a great base for lovers of the outdoors

Hot Tub & Noise Policy
The hot tub must not be used after 10:00 PM out of consideration for our neighbours.
This property is located in a quiet residential area. Loud music is not permitted at any time, indoors or outdoors.
No music of any kind is permitted after 10:00 PM.
Excessive noise, parties, or behaviour that disturbs neighbours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action or cancellation of the stay.
