This is a great comfortable place to stay. We ended up staying here during a heat wave and we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area (we really would have liked that)...not at all a discredit to the property. The A/C worked very well and the whole house was quite comfortable.To set expectations, the 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are quite sturdy and quiet. Each bedroom has a slanted ceiling and a set of small windows that face the street/courtyard. There is another set of windows that faces the stairs/kitchen high ceiling area of the main part of the house. You can't shutter those with blinds or such. It made no difference to me that friends coming up the stairs could look into my bedroom, but it might be weird for some people. Light comes into the bedrooms at sunrise.There is one toilet upstairs (no sink in the room)...should you want to wash your hands after using this toilet, you need to go downstairs. Downstairs there is another separate toilet room. There is a room with a shower/large jacuzzi and a sink for washing hands, brushing teeth, etc. This room is really nicely done! The shower is great.The kitchen is fabulous! We needed to do laundry and the washer worked well. The outdoor drying rack was missing a part, but I'm sure that can easily be fixed. Large fridge and freezer space, If you are there with other couples for multiple days you can cook here comfortably. We didn't use the pantry but it looked well stocked and I have high standards.
