This superb new apartment with an area of ​​100 square meters (1070 sq. ft.) is composed of a large comfortable and cozy living room, opening onto an open and fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

It has 2 large bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding (160X200), one of which has an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), two toilets and a large bathroom also with a walk-in shower.
Quality linens are provided for your stay and beds are made for your arrival. Ample storage space is at your disposal in the bedrooms to make you comfortable.

The sofa is convertible and also offers a double bed (140x200).

Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Laundry is also provided. An iron and ironing board are at your disposal.

Located on the ground floor, there are no stairs to climb!

The accommodation is fully equipped for 6 people, and has an independent arrival and departure capacity, as well as a gigabit fiber internet connection. The bedrooms and the living-room are equipped with Air Conditioning units during hot season.

Great stay!!

The apartment was perfect for four women traveling together. There was plenty of room, it was spotless and had a washer and dryer which was helpful as we were traveling for a few weeks. The host was so responsive when we asked where we could pick up a few provisions after our arrival. Highly recommend.

The place was as-advertised. Well appointed with a full kitchen and nice living room. A full bath, a half bath and a bedroom with additional shower/sink. Clean and easy access from the street. Oliver was easily reached by WhatsApp too.

Amazing apartment in Lyon

What a fantastic apartment in Lyon! Great location beside the river, a close walk to the old town and many great restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated, everything was great (bedrooms, kitchen, washrooms, and full laundry). Olivier was a great host, provided lots of helpful information before we arrived and check-in was easy.

Splendid spot in Lyon

Amazing modern apartment. Easy to settle in too and was very comfortable for our 5 night stay. Nice location to the old town. We walk a lot so did not find the walk hard or too long. Free parking nearby. Apartment is ground level and totally secure. Would definitely stay here again. The host was easily reachable. All instructions clear and well laid out.

Amazing!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Olivier was a wonderful host - very communicative and thoughtful. The flat is well-equipped and has everything you would need for a short- or long-term stay - kitchen is well suited for actual cooking, there are full-sized toiletries, nice laundry facilities, plenty of room to unpack, and even a really good hair dryer and a straightening iron! The beds were comfy and the a/c was appreciated on really hot days. Wifi was fast, streaming services were available, also a good quality speaker for listening to music. The location was excellent - easy walking to Vieux Lyon, up to Fourvière, or across to the 1st arr. Parking was free and nearby. It feels like a flat that was renovated and outfitted with a great deal of care and attention and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this apartment!

Excellent location and clean and modern apartment with plenty of room. Walking distance to Old Lyon, MANY restaurants, and transportation. Hosts are responsive and couldn’t do enough to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommended!

Appartement Fourviere

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très bien décoré, très moderne et très propre ! Bien situé, près du vieux Lyon. Le seul bémol est que les chambres sont mal isolées par rapport à la rue. Mais pour quelques nuits, ce n’est pas très problématique. Organisation parfaite, guide du logement très bien fait, gérant sympathique et hyper réactif, disponible et très professionnel.
