Very quiet community with 24 hours security, access to swimming pools and gyms.
Just off Lopez Mateos, with easy access to Ajijic and lake Chapala via Jocotepec (about 30 minutes drive to Jocotepec)
Plaza del Sol is about 20-30 minutes drive depending on traffic
Minimum stay is 60 days but Im happy to discuss it if you need the property for less

Why they chose this property
The house is in a large gated community with 3 parks, 24 hours security, several swimming pools and gym. Very quiet and just off Lopez Mateos, one of the main road to move around Guadalajara and with easy access to Lake Chapala (Jocotepec, about 30 minutes drive)
