Centrally located, a 3-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station, this practical apartment is situated on the 1st floor (with a lift) of a 5-storey building and benefits from a sunny balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner after a busy day on the slopes.

The warm and comfortable interior features an open-plan living space furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table, a Smart flatscreen TV and a small kitchen equipped with a Dolcegusto coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities. The L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station, which provides access to the summit close to Mont Blancis a 3-minute walk, and the ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by.

Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and a hammam, which is open all year round. In the summer, guests can enjoy hiking trails through the incredible mountain scenery, rock climbing, mountaineering, paragliding, white water rafting, a large outdoor pool and tennis. For even more excitement, visitors can head to the Accro Adventure Park (a 5-minute drive), where they can climb and zip-line through high trees. For those looking for something more relaxing, the QC Terme Spa (a 6-minute drive) might be a better option.

The town is also home to many fine restaurants and bars to suit all budgets and ages. There are several restaurants less than an minutes walk away, and there is a supermarket in the building. Other nearby destinations include beautiful Lac des Gaillands, which is approximately a 5-minute drive away, and for those seeking adventure, the famous Aiguille du Midi is approximately a 10-minute drive, while the Mer de Glace is 15 minutes away by car.

The closest international airport is Geneva, a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station is a 5-minute drive away and offers free rail services throughout the valley.
