The bedroom offers two single beds that can be easily joined to create a comfortable double, making the space flexible for couples or friends. Kalamaria is one of the most desirable coastal districts of Thessaloniki, offering a beautiful balance between seaside calm and vibrant urban life. Located about 8–10 km from the city center (approximately 15–20 minutes by car), it allows visitors to stay close to the action while enjoying a more relaxed, residential atmosphere. Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG) is only about 7 km away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient. The famous waterfront promenade, Nea Paralia, is roughly 6 km from Kalamaria and connects you seamlessly to the heart of the city.
The district itself is known for its marina, leafy streets and coastal walking paths. While Kalamaria is not a sandy beach resort area, it offers easy access to nearby swimming spots. Aretsou Beach and the Kalamaria Marina coastline are within walking distance in many parts of the district, ideal for a seaside stroll or coffee with a view. For more organized beaches with clear waters and beach bars, Perea Beach is about 20 km away (25–30 minutes by car), while the stunning turquoise waters of Halkidiki begin roughly 60 km from the city, making it an easy day trip for a full beach experience.
