Our spacious apartment is located on the 9th floor of a sea front building with lift and custodian, only 50mt from the beach. The property features a balcony with wonderful views of the sea, the lagoon and the pine forest. The space is composed of a wide living/dining room, a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single plus a trundle bed, and two complete bathrooms with shower. Equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and one uncovered parking spot. Ideal for 5/6 guests.
