Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Located on the first line of the beach, this bright 70 m² accommodation offers capacity for up to 4 people and beautiful open views of the sea that make each sunrise a special moment. Its location allows you to leave the building and be directly on the seafront promenade, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and all the services necessary for a comfortable stay.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (the third bedroom is used as an office), which ensures rest and spaciousness for both families and two couples. It has a full bathroom with a shower, practical layout and well-utilised spaces.



The dining room is bright and comfortable, equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and three fans, ideal for cooling down during the summer months. The fibre internet connection allows you to work or enjoy streaming without interruptions.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete kitchenware and integrated washing machine, designed for both short and long stays.



The building has a lift and the apartment accepts pets, a point highly valued by those who travel with their furry companion.



It does not have a swimming pool or parking, but its privileged location facing the sea and its excellent connection with the centre of Málaga make moving on foot or by public transport very easy.
