A newly built, modern and elegant residential area, "La Bella" is the ideal place to treat yourself to a few days of relaxation on Lake Garda.
In the quiet residential area of Giare in Garda, where numerous typical establishments are within walking distance, there is a group of new and modern houses, including this two-family villa, where on the first floor is the apartment La Bella. A few hundred metres away, you can walk to Gardacqua, the wellness centre with a spa, indoor and outdoor pools and a large garden. The property has two private parking spaces, an entrance gate, courtyard and storage for bicycles and scooters. From the ground floor, you climb 20 steps and reach the entrance landing. The dwelling is furnished in a modern and very functional way. The bright living area consists of a living room with TV-sat, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer-microwave-oven-dishwasher, induction hob), with round table and chairs. Sliding glass door onto the large 70 sqm terrace, with views of the gardens, surrounding hills and the Rocca di Garda; the terrace is partially covered and equipped with outdoor table, chairs and sunbeds; technical room with washing machine. From the living area, you access a double bedroom with sliding door overlooking the terrace.
