Smoking is not permitted in the garden for health and fire safety reasons

Age policy - Lead guests must be over the age of 23 years old. We cannot accept booking where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure please contact us before booking.

Electricity usage in the property must be fairly used.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Security / Damage Deposit policy:

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit ensures the apartment is kept in excellent condition for all guests.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure, though timelines may vary depending on your booking platform and your bank.

The deposit will be returned in full, provided no damage is reported and no items are removed from the property.

Deposits may be pre-authorised or collected at the time of booking or check-in.

🔑 Lost Key Policy🔑

Please note that charges will apply in the following situations:
If keys are lost or not returned

If keys are left inside the property instead of being returned to the key safe upon check-out

If a lockout occurs and assistance is required to regain access

These charges cover the cost of replacement, security, and call-out services where applicable.

🚭 Smoking & Vaping Policy🚭

This policy ensures the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the apartment for all guests.

Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the building, the apartment, or the rooftop garden

Strictly no vaping is permitted inside the building, the apartment, or the garden

No candles, open flames, or incense sticks are allowed for safety reasons

A cleaning fee will apply if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including discarded cigarette butts leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind and for this we reserve the right to charge a penalty for this.

NOISE POLICY

To keep our neighbours happy, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

We want you to enjoy your stay, and a little consideration helps everyone have a pleasant evening—and a good night’s sleep!

We do not accommodate hen or Stag parties

Check-in is from 3 pm. On your arrival day, one hour before your scheduled check-in, we’ll email your instructions and once the pre-arrival requirements have been fully completed.

Unauthorised late check out may incur a late check out fee
