Goertz und Partner offers the holiday rental of "Los Amigos – Goertz," located in the Tordera area. Enjoy a spacious 496 m² plot, a large swimming pool (approximately 8.5 m x 4.5 m), and a 15 m mooring, all south-facing to maximize sunshine.
The outdoor area, perfect for a holiday, offers several relaxation spaces: at the front, parking for two cars (the garage is not available to guests). At the rear, a private area awaits with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, sink, small dishwasher, and refrigerator. A large table with eight chairs allows you to enjoy meals al fresco. Around the pool, there is a garden lounge with a low table, two sun loungers, and two large parasols (please close them when leaving the house). To one side, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the 15 m mooring, located alongside the house in a wide canal.
On the ground floor, the house offers a comfortable living space with a lounge featuring two sofas and air conditioning, as well as an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped American-style kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, coffee maker, etc.). This level also includes an air-conditioned suite with a king-size bed 180 x 200 cm (two 90cm mattresses), a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a separate WC and a laundry area under the stairs with a washing machine.Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first, spacious and bright, features a king-size bed 180 x 200 cm (two 90cm mattresses), a television, ample wardrobe space, and a large terrace overlooking the canal. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed 180 x 200 cm (two 90cm mattresses).
