We loved our stay at the villa. Whit was very helpful and thought of everything to make our stay amazing. We hired Chef Vlad to cook us two amazing meals because we wanted to enjoy the villa and not have to leave for dinner! Overall we loved our stay and would be happy to return!

Pura VidaWords cannot describe the beauty of Cielo Azul Villa, it was simply amazing! We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. The location was a peaceful retreat.Whit was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Chef Vlad, my goodness! He was a chef, an artist, a magician with food! Vlad made some of the best meals that we have ever had, grilled lobster and tuna sashimi to name a few! Simone was very kind and helpful. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Your drive had some unique challenges due to the fact that you left the Airport late in the day (on a Costa Rican holiday) during a rain storm which caused the delay. The majority of our guests arrive in a little over 3 hours.

We had the most incredible time at Whit’s property in Uvita. Really don’t have enough good things to say about the immaculate care he take of his guests. The level of thought and preparation that goes into his local recommendations is best in class. His team including his Concierge Simone and private chef Vlad just transformed our trip. The entire team was so accomodating despite our frequent last minute planning. The food was just exceptional. All of this is to say nothing of the property which speaks for itself. Just beautiful. Finally the communication with Whit was off the charts. Not surprising given the thought he put into every element of this property…but he was accessible and responsive in a way few hosts actually are. Can’t wait to go back. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Peaceful spacious retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The house was more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Beds were comfortable and we loved both the pool & the hot tub. We were a group of 9 and everyone had their own space and bathroom!! Highly recommend.

Spectacular Views

The sunset views from this property are absolutely fabulous. The kitchen is wonderful with everything you need and all rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the feel of the outdoors while inside and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The BBQ is awesome as well. Whit is a great host, thank you for sharing your beautiful property.

Amazing house and view!!!

Casa Thai was an amazing experience! A stunning house with a stunning view. The owner was extremely helpful and available. Everything worked perfectly (which is rare in Costa Rica) and it was all in new condition. I would highly recommend this Home to anyone with discerning tastes!

Amazing home! Whit is Great to work with

House is better in person than in the photos. Perfect set up for coming back from the day and spending the evening with Family and friends. Whit was always available to answer questions. He also has great recommendations. Would definitely be a home to go back to year after year.

Pura Vida

Our group had an excellent time! We can’t say enough about how great Whit was. He was available to answer all of our questions and had great ideas. He has a binder with everything you need to know in it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The groundskeeper, Chef Vlad, and our tour guide Simone, were all exceptional. I will be going back to this same property and I highly recommend it!

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. The beautiful home design and furnishings made for a comfortable place to spend time together and relax after a long day of playing in the sun. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating at the dining room table that had enough seating for everyone in the group. Every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kids and adults loved the hot tub and pool. The views from almost every area of the house inside and out are stunning! The location was great with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We can't recommend this home enough!

Beautifl View!

We had a lovely family vacation and this home was perfect for our group of 9. Lots of room to spread out. After days of hiking and sightseeing, it was perfect to come back to the open air pool and hot tub; especially in rainy season, the covered area was enjoyable. Whitney was easy to reach with any needs. We had a hired Chef and he had plenty of work area to prepare the meals. Thank you Whitney for sharing the home! If we were to come to Uvita again, we'd repeat our stay.

Stunning stay for a ladies trip!

There is not one detail that has been overlooked. This house was more than equipped for our group of 9 ladies to have a great time in Uvita! Whit was very responsive and had excellent communication. We utilized Simone, the house concierge and also Chef Vlad to prepare amazing meals for each evening. When Mother Nature didn't go along with our plans, we still had a fabulous time hanging around the villa with our group playing games, soaking in the hot tub or just lounging & socializing. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!
