Our host Gianni was very helpful re: places to see and best transport. As you walk out the front door and turn to your right, the Colosseum is right there. If you turn left tons of eateries for breakfast and restaurants for nightlife. Everything is in walking distance, nice spot. We came with a family of 7, all were impressed and enjoyed the chic design and large rooms. If I could give feedback it would be to stock complimentary water especially in the summer heat . Thank you Gianni for a comforting two night stay. Will recommend to all who visit Rome.
